RESPONSIBILITIES : Monetization
- Understand and master consumer trends in the North American market across high-performing
categories
Design monetization strategy through audience identification, trend mapping, ad collateraldesign, and optimizations
Maximize advertiser ROI while ensuring optimal user experience and adherence to compliancerules
Experimentation
Creatively identify and pursue audiences via catchy and relevant ad copiesPut the science in the art of advertising by measuring the impact of tests at every step of theprocess
Analytics and Growth Hacking
Using business intelligence reports to identify trends and patterns in advertiser and consumertrends
Use cutting-edge minute-by-minute real-time reporting to directly impact both supply anddemand side metrics

Team Building and Management

Required Experience
You are a undergraduate / postgraduate with a knack for data analysis, creativity, entrepreneurialaptitude, and business acumen
3+ yrs of experience / interest with media buying platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, andNative traffic sources / platforms.
