Territory Manager (Home Automation)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve regional Home Automation (HA) Product targets across all new products through a focussed approach in all segments.
• Ensure targeted contribution of HA products to the overall sales.
• Effectively launch, penetrate and establish HA products in the region.
• Generate inquiries for HA products through effective business development initiatives.
• Achieve regional business development targets enabling the region to achieve overall sales targets.
• Monitor and report relevant market and business intelligence like market development, competition analysis, pricing and strategies, etc.
• Liaison and influence specifiers and influencers resulting in approvals of the HA products.
• Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, etc. resulting in sales of HA products.
• Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation.
• Monitor and review sales and contribution of HA products to the overall sales of the region.
• Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales, technical support, marketing, etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer.
• Support and assist branch and area heads in achieving sales targets of HA products.
• MIS and reporting as per organizational objectives and needs.
