Job Purpose :
To collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency , standardize processes , and support business excellence initiatives . The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights , benchmarking , and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and help foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
Key Accountabilities :
1. Process Improvement & Standardization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and document existing business processes , identifying areas for streamlining and efficiency enhancement.
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities .
- Support relevant departments in standardizing processes and procedures across the organization.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
Collect and analyze data to support business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Use data-driven insights to guide improvement opportunities and strategic decision-making.Conduct comparative analysis of KPIs and quality metrics against internal targets and industry benchmarks .3. Benchmarking & Performance Gap Identification
Gather data from internal and external sources , including industry reports, best practices, and performance metrics related to various management systems.Identify performance gaps and improvement areas by conducting benchmarking and best practice analysis .Prepare benchmarking reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders, with actionable recommendations.4. Project Management & Execution
Assist in planning and managing improvement projects , including developing project plans, monitoring milestones, and tracking progress.Report on project outcomes and impact to leadership and the Business Excellence function.5. Culture Building & Innovation
Drive a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving across the organization.Participate in continuous improvement projects led by the Business Excellence team or other relevant departments.Skills and Competencies Required :

Education :Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field. A postgraduate qualification (MBA / PGDM) is preferred.Experience :3–6 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, benchmarking, or project management , preferably in a large or regulated organization.Skills Required
