Job descriptionPlan and control project activities to ensure on-time delivery. Manage contract manpower efficiently. Handle resource planning including materials, tools, and manpower. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution. Promote and implement continuous improvement practices. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation. Ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams. Involve in fabrication, welding, machine assembly, and testing at site. Work with electrical systems, PLC programming, SCADA, and machine vision systems. Background in machine manufacturing or automation industry
Position : Asst. Project Manager / Sr.Project Engineer
Qualifications : B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 5–6 years in a relevant role.
Location : - Pune.
No.of Vacancies : 3
CTC- Rs.10L to 12L PA.
2nd and 4th Saturday off.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in driving automation and machine manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage resources and timelines effectively.
- Project Planning & Scheduling.
- Automation Systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI integration).
- Mechanical Design & Assembly.
- Manufacturing processes like fabrication, machining etc.
- Resource Planning & Allocation
- Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Contract Manpower Management.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Compliance with Safety Standards & Regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting.
