Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manger to lead end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance.

This role involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction and team growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and on-time outcomes.
• Manage scope, timeline, and P&L for assigned projects.
• Develop proposals, review estimations, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
• Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
• Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
• Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
• Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery.

Skills & Experience :

PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.

Change management and stakeholder engagement skills
