What You'll Do :

Overall Project Ownership and Governance :

Serve as the primary leader and owner of the project's success.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with project goals, quality standards, and timelines.

Managerial expertise to lead a cross functional team

Project Management :

Lead project execution from inception to delivery, adhering to Agile methodologies.

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, and success criteria.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication :

Act as the main interface between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.

Translate technical discussions into business insights for stakeholders and vice versa.

Expertise You'll Bring :

Leadership & Governance : Strong experience in leading projects and establishing governance frameworks. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

Scrum Master Expertise : Deep understanding of Agile principles, experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and tracking sprint metrics.

Collaboration : Strong track record of fostering a collaborative culture and building trust with stakeholders.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
