SpringCT - Project Manager

Overview : SpringCT is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager in managing complex technology projects and client engagements. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of software solutions, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Track and report project KPIs, timelines, and budgets to senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team collaboration.
