Husk Power Systems - HR Business Partner

objective :

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with our HR team in Mumbai to support and strengthen our people initiatives.

This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in employee engagement, talent management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate across HR functions to design and implement initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities areas :

HR Partnership & Collaboration :

• Act as a key partner within the HR team, supporting the implementation and execution of people-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with different HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement to ensure integrated solutions.
• Assist in resolving employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Contribute to enhancing HR processes and frameworks to support employee development and organizational growth.
