HR Business Partner Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai

Role Summary :
The HRBP will partner with business leaders to drive manpower planning, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and HR operations for a fast-paced diamond manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities :
Support manpower budgeting, organizational restructuring & workforce planning.
Lead performance management, goal setting, and talent review (including HiPo & succession planning).
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR policies, onboarding, and grievance handling.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and recognition programs.
Support L&D initiatives, capability building, and competency framework implementation.
Manage HR dashboards, HRIS reporting, and key people metrics.
Partner with leaders for retention strategies and critical role management.
Requirements : PGDM / MBA in HR.
8–12 years HR experience (manufacturing preferred).
Strong stakeholder management, HR analytics, and talent management expertise.
Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors preferred).
Must be graduated from reputed university and should be passed out from A grade school
