Role Overview

As our Affiliate Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our affiliate sales strategy. You’ll work closely with partners, influencers, and affiliate networks to drive digital product or service sales through scalable and measurable programs.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow affiliate and partnership programs.

Identify and onboard high-quality affiliate partners, influencers, and content publishers.

Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize for ROI.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offers.

Use affiliate platform for reporting and tracking.

Stay on top of trends in affiliate marketing and competitor activities.

Requirements

2-5 years experience in affiliate marketing

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with affiliate platforms and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and hit aggressive growth targets.

Results-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of performance marketing.

Preferred

Experience working with global markets or multilingual affiliates.

Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, or content monetization strategies.
