We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns across all digital platforms while turning analytics into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on data analysis and ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to align with business objectives.
• Manage SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing .
• Conduct site audits and monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other BI tools , providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact campaigns aligned with brand performance.
• Develop quarterly campaign plans and submit weekly brand performance reports to management.
• Handle budget management , ensuring cost-effective advertising spend.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices .
