Key Responsibilities :
- Process transactions as per defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Review, verify, and enter data with accuracy and speed.
- Handle client queries via email, chat, or calls (as applicable).
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within SLAs.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve process issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and escalate as needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports and logs as required.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.0–2 years of experience in BPO / KPO / Operations (freshers can apply).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).Ability to work in shifts (rotational shifts may apply).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
