Location : Delhi NCR (Hybrid with on-ground visits)

Stipend : Competitive | Duration : 3–6 Months |

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Strategy & Process Excellence Intern to directly work under the Ops Process Manager. This role is designed for someone who wants to experience strategy execution, process innovation, and problem-solving at scale in one of India's fastest-growing healthy F&B brands. You will act as the right hand to the Ops Process Manager, driving projects from idea to execution, and ensuring measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Ops Process Manager on strategic initiatives and innovation projects.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and process monitoring sheets (Supplynote, Petpooja, Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate across Ops, SCM, CRM, and HR verticals to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Assist in designing SOPs, audits, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Drive on-ground execution in select kitchens to validate new processes.
  • Provide weekly project status updates and ensure timelines are met.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; dashboarding skills preferred.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to own and execute projects end-to-end.
  • Interest in food tech / F&B operations is a plus.
