Days : Monday - Saturday

Timings : 10 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm

Experience : 5+ years

Budget : 8.40 to 9.60 LPA (depending on experience)

Role Overview : We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive WomanCart’s digital growth through impactful, data-led campaigns. This role demands strong expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads, hands-on e-commerce exposure, and proven success in handling large budgets. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our reach, driving conversions, and maximizing ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Delivery

Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

Manage spends of ₹20 lakh+ while ensuring strong ROI.

Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.

Growth & Strategy

Scale customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns.

Experiment with creatives, formats, and audience strategies to unlock growth.

Align campaigns with business priorities, seasonal pushes, and product launches.

Collaboration & Reporting

Partner with design, product, and business teams for cohesive campaigns.

Deliver performance reports with insights and improvement plans.

Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Prior e-commerce experience is mandatory.

Preferred : Candidates from Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto (or similar brands).

Experience managing large-scale budgets (₹20 lakh+).

Analytical thinker with a growth-driven mindset.
