Key Responsibilities :
PMS Administration (Core HR Function) :
- Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) as a key HR responsibility to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Administer monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual appraisal processes within the HR framework.
- Ensure robust and fair rating mechanisms, goal sheet creation, and criteria are adhered to across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration (HR Expertise Required) :
Partner with department heads and leadership teams to design and implement PMS strategies.Provide expert HR guidance to ensure fair and effective performance evaluations and development strategies.Data Analysis and Reporting (HR-Centric Role) :
Use advanced MS Excel skills to analyze PMS data, providing HR-driven insights for performance tracking and succession planning.Create detailed HR reports and presentations on performance trends, ratings linking, and recommendations using PowerPoint.Linking PMS with Rewards and Recognition (Core HR Initiative) :
Develop and implement HR policies to connect PMS outcomes with rewards and recognition (R&R) frameworks.Collaborate with HR teams to design equitable and motivating R&R strategies for high performers.System Enhancement (HR Process Ownership) :
Continuously review and improve PMS policies and procedures.Leverage HR best practices to optimize performance evaluation frameworks and align them with organizational objectives.Training and Communication (HR Role) :
