Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Needs Assessment & Proposal Development

  • Translate customer requirements into specific solution designs.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals including pricing and technical specifications.
  • Provide guidance and training to the sales team on product knowledge.

Sales & Product Support / Relationship Building

  • Support sales teams with strategy development and pricing models.
  • Participate in sales calls to provide technical expertise and handle customer queries.
  • Draft and review responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotes).
  • Act as the technical liaison between customers and the company.
  • Stay updated on product developments, features, and market trends.
  • Train sales teams on new products and market positioning.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure feasible solutions.
  • Provide customer feedback to product teams to enhance offerings and sales strategies.
  • Track pre-sales activities and report on pipeline status.
  • Forecast potential sales and contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve pre-sales processes for efficiency.
