Key Responsibilities :
Customer Needs Assessment & Proposal Development
- Translate customer requirements into specific solution designs.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals including pricing and technical specifications.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team on product knowledge.
Sales & Product Support / Relationship Building
Support sales teams with strategy development and pricing models.Participate in sales calls to provide technical expertise and handle customer queries.Draft and review responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotes).Act as the technical liaison between customers and the company.Stay updated on product developments, features, and market trends.Train sales teams on new products and market positioning.Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.Collaboration & Process Improvement
Coordinate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure feasible solutions.Provide customer feedback to product teams to enhance offerings and sales strategies.Track pre-sales activities and report on pipeline status.Forecast potential sales and contribute to overall sales strategy.Continuously evaluate and improve pre-sales processes for efficiency.Skills Required
