Roles and Responsibilities :

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong software development background and a proven ability to translate complex RFPs and tender documents into clear and actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). As a key member of our team, you will manage the lifecycle of B2B products, working closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that address our clients needs.

This role requires hands-on technical experience (minimum 3 years as a Software Engineer) and the ability to align technical capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. RFP & Tender Analysis :

  • Analyze RFPs, tender documents, and client requirements to identify technical and functional needs.
  • Create detailed PRDs, technical specifications, and workflows for engineering teams.

2. Product Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop product roadmaps and delivery plans based on business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure alignment of product development with client requirements and contractual obligations.

    • 3. Technical Collaboration :

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.

    • 4. Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and client-facing teams to ensure client satisfaction and product alignment.
  • Present technical solutions and product updates to both internal teams and external clients.

    • 5. Industry Expertise :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to shape product development strategies.

    • Job Requirements : 1. Education :

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • 2. Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years as a Software Engineer with hands-on coding experience.
  • 3 - 5 years in a Product Management or similar role managing B2B products.
  • Experience working with RFPs, tender processes, and translating them into technical documentation.

    • 3. Technical Skills :

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, microservices).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
