Lead all operational aspects of banqueting and catering services, ensuring excellence in event execution, guest experience, productivity, and profitability for the property in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
• Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding eventscorporate, social, and weddings.
• Develop and implement SOPs for seamless event logistics, from setup through execution and close-out.
• Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
• Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruit, train, and

manage departmental staff.
