Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SkyChain Application Support Specialist with expertise in Cargo Domain operations and Splunk log analysis / debugging. The role involves application and incident management for SkyChain, a cargo management application provided by Accelya. The candidate must be available for out-of-hours on-call support as required.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Experience in SkyChain application support OR strong Cargo domain knowledge
- Expertise in Splunk log analysis and debugging
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to provide on-call support outside regular hours
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
Hands-on experience with other cargo management applicationsKnowledge of ITIL processes for incident and application managementFamiliarity with Accelya's suite of aviation solutionsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in application support and troubleshootingPrior experience in airline cargo operations is a plus
