Regional Training Manager – Learning & Development

Location : Gcorp, Maharashtra

Travel : Extensive (PAN India)

We are looking for a Regional Training Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead impactful learning interventions across our distribution and sales network. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in investments, financial literacy, and NISM exam preparatory sessions, combined with the ability to design and deliver multi-product training in investments, insurance, and lending.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver new hire induction and refresher programs on ABCD financial products – investments, insurance, and lending
• Conduct NISM preparatory trainings, financial wellness sessions, and investor awareness programs on tax planning, retirement, savings & smart investing etc.
• Act as a subject matter expert in investment products, while managing training across multiple financial solutions
• Engage with distribution channels and business stakeholders to ensure learning priorities align with business goals
• Drive adoption of AI-based and digital learning tools to enhance participation and performance
• Design and administer assessments, track learning analytics, and present timely reports to leadership
• Assist with training content updation to reflect regulatory requirements, market trends, and evolving offerings
