ASAP Media is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and talent management as we grow. This role will be critical in shaping our team culture, managing recruitment, and supporting employee development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives
- Handle HR administration including payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with company values
- Support team leads and co-founders with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements
Requirements :
Experience in hiring graphic designers, communication designers, social media profiles for a digital marketing agency1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or agency environmentStrong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and complianceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyProficiency with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plusPassion for building great teams and supporting employee growthWhy join us :
