About the Role :

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing company documentation, compliance forms, and vendor / supplier coordination. They will also schedule internal meetings and maintain calendars for key leadership, prepare reports, presentation materials, and official documents, coordinate with finance and IT teams on admin-related needs, contribute to improving internal processes and tools, and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Documentation Management : Manage company documentation, compliance forms, and vendor / supplier coordination.
- Meeting Coordination : Schedule internal meetings and maintain calendars for key leadership.
- Reporting and Presentations : Assist in preparing reports, presentation materials, and official documents.
- Administrative Support : Coordinate with finance and IT teams on admin-related needs.
- Process Improvement : Contribute to improving internal processes and tools.
- Employee Onboarding / Offboarding : Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications :
3+ years of experience in People Operations, Admin, or HR coordination roles.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.Prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.People-first mindset with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity.Benefits :
