The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for verifying and applying payments for a portfolio of accounts.
This role involves using provided dashboards, reports, and other resources to process payments effectively.
A key aspect of this position is assisting sales partners and customers in making payment arrangements, monitoring and maintaining payment schedules when notified of changed orders, and completing account reconciliations.
