Manage executives' schedules and handle correspondenceUtilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports and dashboardsDrive business operations by optimizing processes and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiativesOversee project planning, execution, and trackingPerform data entry, maintain records, and manage file systemsConduct online research and prepare summaries and reportsManage vendor communication and documentsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of corporate work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactivelyTeam player with effective collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting
