Role Overview
We’re looking for a Human Resource Manager who can help shape the culture, build strong teams, and ensure smooth people operations as we scale.
You’ll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and creating an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to onboarding
Design and implement HR policies that align with company goals and culture
Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies
Oversee performance review systems and help managers set clear goals
Handle training and professional development programs
Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance with HR regulations
Support leadership with organizational planning and team structure
Foster a positive, transparent, and growth-driven workplace
Mediate employee concerns with empathy and fairness
Requirements
1+ years of HR experience (experience in eCommerce / startups is a plus)
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Passion for building a people-first culture in a fast-paced environment
