Job Summary :

We are seeking a smart, polite, and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage the Human Resource function for our PW Gurukulam. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the school leadership and central HR, ensuring seamless execution of all HR processes. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently while maintaining professional relationships with the Principal, teachers, and non-academic staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Stakeholder Management :

• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Principal and school management team.
• Handle interactions with the Principal in a polite, respectful, and solution-oriented manner.
• Act as a trusted HR partner for teachers and non-academic staff, addressing their day-to-day queries and concerns effectively.
