Requirements

As the

Talent Acquisition Lead / Head of Recruiting (India Operations) , you will :

Drive Growth & Delivery   – Own recruiting and account P / L across US & India markets.

Leverage AI & Data   – Use AI agents and analytics to 10X client and candidate ROI while managing associated risks.

Build & Lead Teams   – Mentor, inspire, and scale a high-performing recruiting and client success team.

Adapt & Innovate   – Thrive in a startup-like environment, adapting to market and technology shifts.

Strengthen Partnerships   – Engage directly with clients, vendors, and industry leaders.

Who You Are :

10–25 years   of proven success in

Talent Acquisition and / or Client Acquisition & Account Management

Entrepreneurial & Adaptable   – You understand startups and know how to pivot.

Metrics-Oriented Leader   – You love data, accountability, and outcomes.

AI-Savvy   – You leverage automation responsibly to amplify performance.

Culture Aligned   – You embody

Innovation, Integrity, and Incremental Improvement.
