We are actively assisting one of our esteemed clients in identifying an experienced Talent Acquisition Resource at Associate Director / Director level. The aspirant must have 18+ Years of Experience.

Job Description :

Position : Talent Acquisition – Associate Director / Director

Location : Hyderabad

Mode : FTE / 5 days a week in office

Compensation : Up to 35 LPA (inclusive of variable pay)

Experience : 18+ Years

Education : MBA

This role will lead a strong team of 25–30 recruiters across levels and requires deep expertise in GCC, SAP, Digital, and Engineering services.

• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition with a proven AI-driven approach, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a world-class candidate experience.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team.
• Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities across diverse lines of business.
• Bring global best practices in recruitment across GCC, SAP, Digital, and Engineering domains.
• Lead with foresight, influence innovation, and embed best-in-class sourcing, assessment, and selection practices.
• Tools like Workday, codility will be added advantage.
