We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for the organization.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment software and tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
