Recruitment manager

Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to source candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
