Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. This role is suitable for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to start a career in recruitment and human resources.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and networking.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment database.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.

Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.

Education

Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), Bachelors of Law (B.L / L.L.B), PGP, Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), PGDM, Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Master of Law (M.L / L.L.M), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Master of Public Administration (MPA), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
