We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
Skills and Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to assess candidates effectively and efficiently.Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Skills Required
