Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition located in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing job offers. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
• Knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Previous experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role is a plus
