• Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager 7s, 8, Elevate modules :
• Leasing (Commercial & Residential)
• Procure to Pay
• Finance
• Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue
• Facilities Manager
• Collection Manager
• Deal Manager
• Fixed Assets
• Unit Sales
• Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects, including requiremen

tgathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support

Required Skills & Qualification

s : - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager, Elevat

e.- Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager&aposs core functional module

s.- Experience in Yardi Elevate modules will be an advanta

ge- Prior implementation experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferre

d.- Strong exposure to the Real Estate domai

n.- Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skill

s.- Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, a

ndasset management workflow

s.- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandator
