Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and process-driven Operations Manager to lead and scale core lending operations. The role requires managing the full loan lifecycle, implementing digital systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced NBFC environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Loan Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end loan lifecycle including application intake, document verification, KYC / C-KYC, underwriting coordination, disbursal, and post-disbursal servicing
- Lead implementation and configuration of Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS)
- Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure process integrity and compliance
- Define and execute SOPs aligned with RBI guidelines and lending best practices
Disbursement & Repayment
Manage timely disbursals via IMPS / NEFT / RTGS through integrated banking / payment gateway systemsOversee repayments through NACH, UPI, and digital channelsCoordinate with finance team for reconciliation, fund tracking, and ledger entriesVendor & Partner Management
Manage relationships with vendors like LMS providers, KYC partners, collection agencies, and payment gatewaysDefine SLAs, monitor KPIs, and ensure partner accountabilityProcess Improvement & MIS Reporting
Drive operational excellence by reducing TAT and increasing cost-efficiencyPrepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for leadershipCustomer Service Support
Manage backend support for customer queries, grievance redressal, and account-related service requestsStandardize and implement onboarding and complaint resolution SOPsPreferred Technical Skills :
Proficiency in MS Excel for data reconciliation and operations trackingExposure to LOS, LMS , payment gateways, and basic API workflowsSkills Required
