Job descriptionPlan and run integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencers, PR, on- Manage content calendars and create “always-on” consumer engagement moments. Conduct market and consumer research; track brand health metrics and identify insights. Partner with digital / performance teams to ensure effective campaigns and user Drive retail and on-ground activations including in-store visibility, campus, and sports Create sales enablement tools : lookbooks, launch kits, VM guidelines, and training Maintain e-commerce / marketplace brand presence (basic hygiene, listings, availability). Manage brand budgets, track ROI, and ensure efficient use of spends.
