About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our Incubation vertical at Kapiva. This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for taking new categories from
0 → 100 Cr in 2 years . You will work at the intersection of
product development, consumer insights, P&L ownership, and go-to- market strategy , while collaborating closely with procurement, supply chain, R&D, growth, and creative teams. You will also be working with a team of in-house creative pod (copywriter, designer, video editor) to build high-performing campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile
4–6 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Brands in
brand management, category management, or digital growth
roles.
Strong understanding of
digital-first brand building
and
P&L management .
Hands-on exposure to
performance marketing, GTM launches, and lifecycle marketing .
Analytical mindset with comfort in working with dashboards, insights, and financials.
Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, growth, and creative teams.
MBA from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred.
