Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals , to identify potential candidates.
- Visit competitors and strategically attract their employees.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and conduct initial phone screenings and interviews .
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide informed guidance on market conditions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze competitors to identify opportunities and develop a pipeline of talent.
- Present well-matched candidates to clients, highlighting their skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
