Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to meet hiring needs.
- Source and attract candidates using job portals and other innovative platforms.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize Excel (basic to advanced skills) for data analysis and reporting.
- Leverage experience in overseas recruitment for Gulf countries to identify and acquire top international talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure the timely delivery of quality hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
