Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend Inbound and Outbound Calls for insurance sales on existing database.
• Connect with clients for them to be able to use the company insurance products.
• Deliver on business goals as set by the company.
• Liaison with the operations teams to ensure that all processes as set out and are adhered to.

Professional skills

Good communication and willingness to work in Tele Sales, Motor / Health / Life Insurance basic understanding.
