ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : -
- Experience working in either sales and Marketing or product development
- Responsible for analyzing and maintaining the companys CRM / DM system
- Results oriented, will take ownership and proactively drive projects and change management
- through to completion
- Ensuring data integrity and making recommendations for improving the effectiveness of
- the companys CRM / DMS strategy.
- Managing projects by creating milestones and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Providing technical support to internal stake holders
- Conducting training sessions for sales team on how to use a companys products or services
- Identifying business opportunities based on sales team feedback and research
- Collaborates with the sales team to understand business issues to be addressed by customer
- insights
- Own test and learn timeline
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in performing job duties
- Will be working with the sales team on solution definition for small sized projects with medium
- level complexity
- Ability to interact cross-functionally with departments and with third party vendors while
- consistently meeting deadlines
- Provide day to day business user support of CRM / DM system
- Extensive experience of working with a range of tools and packages to interrogate data and
- build reports
- Experience with application integration and developing workflow and functional Use Cases
- SAP SD experience will be the added advantage
