Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Business Analyst (LMS / LOS). The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of LMS / LOS solutions. Daily tasks include conducting detailed analysis, preparing reports, facilitating communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Location : Pune - WFO

Exp : 3+

Note : 4th & 5th Saturdays are working

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis skills
• Experience in the LMS / LOS domain is required
• Business Analysis | Requirement Elicitation | Documentation | BRD | FRD | RTM | Change Request | User Stories | UAT | Test Cases review | Jira Tool | Use Cases | Use case Diagrams | Process flow diagrams | Wireframing | Stakeholder Management | Cross functional coordination | SDLC | Waterfall
• Strong Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Experience with Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
