Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to international clients to provide product or service information.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in an outbound call center or customer service role.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.Skills Required
