Make a high volume of professional outbound calls to potential new and existing customers, acting as the first point of contact.Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the service team, managing calendars to ensure efficiencyAccurately document all customer interactions, update lead status, and maintain records in the Customer Relationship. Management (CRM) systemConduct follow-up communications with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary informationMeet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment settingWork closely with the service team to provide valuable customer insights and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leadsStrong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and maintain an organized scheduleComfort with using CRM software, dialers, and other communication tools to manage calls and records efficientlyRequirements
