Job descriptionGender : Male / Female candidate Work time : 6 days working (Mon - Sat) Morning shift (10 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm) Make a high volume of professional outbound calls to potential new and existing customers, acting as the first point of contact. Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the service team, managing calendars to ensure efficiency Accurately document all customer interactions, update lead status, and maintain records in the Customer Relationship. Management (CRM) system Conduct follow-up communications with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary information Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting Work closely with the service team to provide valuable customer insights and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and maintain an organized schedule Comfort with using CRM software, dialers, and other communication tools to manage calls and records efficiently Make a high volume of professional outbound calls to potential new and existing customers, acting as the first point of contact. Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the service team, managing calendars to ensure efficiency
