Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of healthcare process associates supporting our US healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) , medical billing , claims processing , or provider / payer operations , with proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage performance in a high-volume BPS environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–20 associates handling US healthcare processes (Billing, AR, Claims, or Denials).
- Monitor daily performance metrics — productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time — ensuring SLA adherence.
- Conduct daily huddles, reviews, and performance feedback sessions to drive quality and operational excellence.
- Coordinate workflow distribution, manage queue volumes, and address escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with client SOPs, HIPAA regulations, and internal audit standards.
- Identify training needs and implement upskilling initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and MIS teams for process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards on team performance, attendance, and overall process health.
- Support client calls, business reviews, and ensure strong stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Life Science, Commerce, or Healthcare-related).Minimum 4 years of total experience in US Healthcare BPS, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader or SME.Hands-on exposure to RCM processes such as Billing, AR Follow-up, Denials, Cash Posting, or Claims Adjudication .Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and quality frameworks.Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.Proficient in MS Excel and report generation.Flexible to work in night shifts supporting US clients.
