CSSD Sr. Team Leader

Position We seek a Senior CSSD Team Lead to drive efficiency, ensure sterilization compliance, and lead a high-performing team.

This role is critical in maintaining the highest patient safety standards through sterilization best practices.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Quality Assurance Represent the CSSD department in various hospital committees and audits.

Foster a culture of patient-centric service and operational excellence.

Analyze challenges and implement practical, innovative solutions.

Operations & Compliance Oversee the sterilization processes and ensure compliance with hospital and accreditation standards.

Review hospital occurrence reports and drive corrective actions.

Assess requirements for new instrument sets and coordinate procurement.

People & Performance Management Conduct manpower assessments and implement efficient workforce planning.

Motivate, train, and mentor staff to achieve peak performance.

Recommend high performers for appreciation and take corrective action as needed.

Innovation & Fiscal Management Keep up with industry trends and implement improvements.

Optimize costs while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.

Maintain and manage instrument and consumable inventories efficiently.

Qualifications Experience : Minimum 8 years in CSSD, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of sterilization processes, hospital equipment, and quality control.
