Team Leader - Healthcare RCM

Job Requirements

A successful Team Leader for the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team will require the following qualifications, experiences, and skills :

• A Bachelor s degree is desired, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• High energy, passion, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• At least two years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within healthcare.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and compile reports.
• In-depth understanding of performance metrics and excellent decision-making skills.
