What will you do
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.
- Analyze project requests and advise on marketing initiatives.
- Work with Project / Account Management teams to exceed quality benchmarks.
- Onboard new services and conduct training workshops.
- Manage end-to-end project management, liaising between PM / AM layer and execution
- team.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and meet key metrics consistently.
- Manage delivery of 1 : 1 and 1 to many Emails, Fragments, Modules, Responsive Templates
- Establish strong client relationships, manage change requests, and track team activities.
- Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards.
- Monitor project baseline and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Identify productivity improvements and guide team in technical and domain aspects.
- Publish status reports and identify gaps with action plans.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Generate and execute onboarding, training, and skill-building plan for new team members.
- Assist in hiring and motivate and mentor team members.
- Handle appraisals and retention processes and define code review process.
What will you need
8+ years' experience in CRM applications managing campaign workflows and development inEmail content builder.4+ years mandatory experience in SFMCGood understanding of agile execution methodologyExperience managing around 30+ resources.Hands-on experience using version control tools like SVN, GIT, or similar.Relevant Certification preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to provide value-added solution services and implement processes for efficiency.What do you get
