Job descriptionRelevant experience in email marketing and other channel deployment or campaign management. Working experience on any Marketing Automation platform such as SFMC / Adobe Campaign / Eloqua / Marketo. Proficient in reporting and analyzing campaign performance. Excellent analytical skills with a data driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.
What will you do
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports as per client and management requirements.
- Ensure Emails deliverables follow the industry's best practices & brand compliance.
- Develop deep knowledge of specific processes, tools, and systems.
- Recommend measures to improve work process methods to ensure the highest quality work output possible.
- An ability to comprehend problems and articulate solutions in a way that is completely aligned to the business strategy and easy to understand for clients.
