Lending & Insurance

Key Responsibilities :

Drive strategy, P&L, Business and Growth.

Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and Lending Institutions.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle – design, launch, and scale new lending & insurance products.

Monitor portfolio performance, risk management, and claims processes.

Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Qualifications & Skills :

MBA / CA or equivalent with 6-10 years’ experience in lending / insurance / fintech / banking.

Strong understanding of retail lending and insurance distribution.

Proven track record of scaling financial products and managing P&L.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Exposure to digital-first / fintech environments preferred.
